On March 21, 2025, Cygnus Bio launched its new Sequencing System GS200 (S200). With its ultra-fast sequencing speed of 4 hours, wide library compatibility, excellent sequencing accuracy and convenient on-machine process, the sequencer has significantly improved the efficiency and applicability of gene sequencing, and can meet the applications in different fields such as customs, disease control, research institutions and testing centers.

Sequencing Speed as Fast as 4 Hours

1. Continuous optimization has been made on the independently developed AttoSeal and Fluorogenic sequencing chemistry schemes, reducing the single cycle time to 2 minutes.
2. The system motion stability has been improved, and the scanning speed has been increased by 200%.
3. The temperature control system has been upgraded, with a heating rate of 6℃/s and a cooling rate of 4℃/s.

Strong Adaptability

1. It is compatible with different library construction methods, enabling seamless switching of gene sequencing platforms.
2. It supports different sequencing read length requirements, providing two throughput specifications: 100M and 200M, with 400M to be launched to the market by the end of 2025.
3. Fast sequencing mode or high-accuracy sequencing mode can be selected according to needs.

Supporting NGS Full-Process Solution

The Sequencing System GS200 (S200) has been fully integrated into the company's independently developed NGS full-process solution system. This system provides one-stop service from sample processing to data analysis, which will significantly reduce the customer's operation threshold and integration cost, and bring higher added value and competitiveness to customers.

On the GS200 (S200) sequencing system, Cygnus Bio has developed more than 10 sets of full-process solutions, more than 30 detection reagent products, and supporting bioinformatics analysis software.
